"Two of your technicians helped with a natural gas problem that we experienced with our hot water heater. They were very professional and cordial. They kept us advised of when they would arrive at our residence. Once here they fixed the problem very quickly. "7:30 a.m, the morning after July 4th is not a time you want to wake up to the sound of running water and the realization of a cracked pipe. A pipe directly below our gas meter to boot. No one will be up or able at that time to take care of it I figured, still, we called up a company we've used before - no luck. So, I called the guys from Boice and by 8:45 heard back from them and within an hour we had the pipe fixed by a very efficient and professional technician. It goes without saying we have switched our loyalties to Boice Plumbing and thank them for going beyond the call of duty on a mind numbingly early Sunday, July 5th!"
